Addiction A-Z

Sexaholics Anonymous (SA)

sexaholics-anonymous-saSexaholics Anonymous (SA) is a 12-step support group and recovery program for those who wish to overcome an addiction to lust, sex, dependency relationships and other forms of self-destructive sexual thinking and behavior. Sexaholics Anonymous, established in the U.S. in 1981, provides sex addicts with non-judgmental support and encouragement. Sexaholics Anonymous is partly based on the original 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. These steps include admitting there’s a problem, seeking help, self-appraisal, confidential self-disclosure and making amends.
