After 30 years of diet madness, Lisette Cifaldi has enjoyed nine years of food addiction recovery and a 60-pound weight loss. As the Director of Behavioral Health at Hilton Head Health, Lisette counsels adults battling food addiction, compulsive overeating, binge eating and emotional eating. She facilitates weekly lectures on achieving food sanity, runs quarterly week-long, intensive Food Addiction Recovery Workshops and does extensive public speaking, including a TEDx talk. Utilizing her training at the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute, Lisette’s approach to food addiction recovery uses a biopsychosocial treatment model. She resides in Hilton Head, South Carolina, with her two daughters, Gabrielle and Delany, and her two dogs, Lucky and Walter.
